I updated today TheSims4 and wanted to create a new Sim to change their romantic boundaries, but when I want to search for it, it wasn't where it was supposed to be. From what I had read it, it was supposed to be a new feature in the base game. I have the eyelashes and the possibility to copy elements in various outfit, like the update said, but I can't find the Romantic Boundaries. Did I understood wrong? Was it just for the pack?

Let me first ask why is the gender settings and s orientation settings in the same window?
For me, they have always been in different tabs. And if you have a mod doing that, then there should be the issue.
I am having the same issue!! I literally cannot for the life of me figure out what the issue is!
Ive removed mods, ive removed UI things, i did the 50/50 mod replacement and everything.

Have you tried repair game option through EA App or Steam?
On EA App, when you open the game library, there are three dots on the top right of each game. Click on it and there's an option to repair it.
On Steam, open your game page in the library and click on the gear icon. In the drop-down menu, choose "Properties...". A window opens, in which you go to Installed Files and click on Verify integrity of game files.
Of course keep the mods and CC out during the repair.
But yeah, let's try that and see if that helps.

I think it might be the custom background causing the issue?
I don't have one and I have 3 tabs.. looks like your 2 original tabs are in 1 so maybe the custom background hasn't accounted for the extra 3rd tab
This happened to me also, i narrowed it down to Northern Siberia Winds CAS tuning/controlled postition mod.
I'm having the same issue! Gender and s orientation in the same panel, no other panels show up. I use mods but don't have any CAS mods and removed UI cheats because that seems to be broken at the moment.
if you have the “no makeup or accessories on generated townies” mod it causes gender, romantic boundaries etc etc to be all in one panel. It’s recommended to ALWAYS remove your mods, complete the 50/50 method to find issues even if you believe your mods aren’t causing an issue 🫡

I did the 50/50 method and, for me, it was the 'Bye Bye Eye Ring (Better CAS Randomization)' mod by Vicky Sims (chingyu1023). Hope that helps :)
