No romantic interactions options for save

I've been playing with this save for the past couple days, but today the option to have my sims interact romantically with each other is gone. They were married, had a full romance bar, and had a kid together, but then the option to interact romantically at all was gone today in the save. I looked in another save and it seems to be fine so I am not sure why this save is not working. I've tried to look up a fix but I haven't seen anything that would help. I attached two pictures, one from the broken save and one from a save that worked. I didn't have any mods installed and I'm not sure of anything that could've broken it since it seemingly randomly decided to get rid of that option.
