No Staff At Vets & Pets Collapsing Continuously.

My pet got sick, took him to the vets... no staff, and no NPCs or pets. So I bought a ton of wellness treats and treated him myself. We get home, he gets stuck just as he comes in the front door and won't stop collapsing. He's happy and his needs are full, but he seems to be stuck in a loop. He can be interacted with, but he won't move or be called to his bowl to eat.
