No traits to select in CAS

Ever since downloading the new enchanted by nature pack, there’s no traits present to select in create a sim.. tried restarting not just the program but my computer itself to no prevail. Unsure of how to fix?

ps.

no mods or cc downloads are present in my gameplay to be potentially effecting it.
