no "use inutition' option

I have an issue where only one of my sims doesn't have the option to 'use intuition' on the Guardian Tree and Edith's headstone. All of the other sims in the household are able to select this option but it just doesn't show up as one for this specific sim. She has already received the tarot from the book shrine. Additionally, she doesn't have the option of starting the Order of Lenore tasks with the members of the Order of Lenore while all my other sims do. I don't have any CC or Mods.
