[DO] Can't request table in restaurant on a date
Hello! When playing the sims 4 I have asked other sims on a date or to hang out then travel to a restaurant. When requesting a table to be seated, nothing happens. The game doesn't proceed to the next action for the couple/friends to be seated. I have repaired and updated the game, but still no solution. I have noticed that when my sim is alone and requests a table to sit and dine, they are able to do so. It only happens during an event like asking on a date or hang out. Off the grid lot challenge keeps lot from loading/ Error 109:f967dc7f
*edit: I've finally been able to fix this by deleting the off-the-grid trait off my lot. Hopefully this will get fixed soon* I've just finished the update and am now unable to load the household I've been playing with. I can open the initial home screen but the game won't load after clicking "resume". If I try and load through the saved games tab I can load the neighbourhood, but again, not the actual household/saved game. I'm also only able to end the application while on the loading screen through task manager, the x doesn't shut the window. [LS] LE/Reset when trying to do romantic interactions
Play on PC. I purchased Lovestruck and the game updated. I haven’t played since before the update. When I played today, the woohoo and try for baby interaction is there on the sims and bed, but when you click on it the sims glitch and nothing happens. Unable to try for baby. Very disappointed that I can’t play anymore because of it. How am I supposed to continue my legacy family without being able to try for baby? Please fix this bug. [LS] Romance Consultant Career has no overmax
While I now get bills since I've moved households, I'm still having trouble travelling but a new problem has arrived My current two sims are maxed out in their career but haven't earned any bonuses they usually would when having excellent performance and gaining the yellow tick. Reaper Rewards still not showing
I was able to complete week one, although it is only showing that I only completed one task when I completed both. Like many others the UI will still not appear for week two. I've tried to repair my game multiple times and don't have any mods. The rewards also sometimes show as unlocked so I can see future tasks, I've attached photos of the UI not appearing and the task not being registered as complete. I've also tried to switch households as I've seen others try it but it doesn't matter what household I play it still doesn't show. up.[DU] Multiple Identical School Spirit Day Notifications (1.68)
When my sim is enrolled in Foxbury and gets the spirit day notification it spams the notification tab with multiple duplicate notifications at once. I can't close them with the red cross on the notification and have to actually go into the notifications tab to close them. It spams 10 notifications at once, I've taken a screenshot of when it appears and just a few of them in the notifications tab. I've experienced this for months. Teenager don't get third trait on aging/no Graduation
Just had a sim age up from a teen to a young adult. No notification popped up to select a new trait so they are stuck with 2 traits still when they should have 3. Additionally, they graduated from high school with "average rank" whilst being an A student (with the gold tick). I've only ever had sims age up with at least the "graduated with honours" trait whilst being an A student. For context, this child was adopted so unsure if this has anything to do with it, although I've had sims adopt in the past and this bug hasn't happened. This sim also didn't age up with the "high self esteem" trait from child to teen despite having high confidence as a child. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title fit bug report at AHQ
Can't switch between Sims
Since today's update (july 23rd 2024), my game has frozen three separate times. It starts with not being able to switch to other household members, after that I can't have my selected sim do any activities. At that point I'll usually save and then go to manage worlds to see if that fixes it, but instead of going to manage worlds, my game just loads forever until I force quit. I don't have any mods (I play vanilla), no CC, I restarted my PC after the first two times it happened, but then it happened again. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title fit bug report at AHQ
