Nordhaven World Screen is White and Won’t Load

When I click on the city of Nordhaven on my Xbox console, the screen shifts to a white screen seemingly trying to load the world and then it just gets stuck. It works for other worlds, just this one seems to be struggling and I have to completely restart the game because of it.
