Not able to collect Nature event rewards

Hello, I play on Xbox series X and I am wondering if anyone has had issues being able to claim the Nature event rewards? I've finished the whole event, but I can't claim the rewards. It says I need to connect to the internet, which I should be. 

It also doesn't give me an option to connect. Any help would be much appreciated! Or EA  better yet, can we figure out why this happening? Please and thank you?

Oh! I also have almost every pack as well.. I'm not sure if that'll help or not. Thanks!
