Whenever I resume a game or start a new game, I am able to select a world, but then when i try to choose a place to live, I get glitched back to the select a world screen. I have tried resetting my computer and the game multiple times, as well as deleting saves and creating new ones. Not sure if it is something on my end or the game, but it is very irritating since I just purchased multiple packs.
Are you a mod user? The August 2025 patch (1.117) broke many, many script mods, with this being the symptom, and these are still the ones most likely to be your problem. Use the Previously Broken mods and CC for many (not all!) mods that have no updates. Use “Updated” in the Broken/Updated Mods list for patch 1.117 as a second starting point, but note many were updated for patch 1.118 and/or are not yet cleared in the current list (for links, see Mod & CC Issues: START HERE).
