Not able to save or place anything after 10 minutes in build and buy.

How often does the bug occur? Every time

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have?

A lot, but not all.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

Go into build and buy, start creating, and after 10 minutes I can not place anything or save game.

What do you expect to see? I want to finish my build I have been working on so I can play the game.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?

Console does not have custom content or mods.

Please note I have tried this in new saves, other saves, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game with all packs, stuff, and kits, and I have also experienced the issue when not using bb.moveobjects.
