So when I try to open the world of Sulani or Ravenwood they do not open basically the screen goes white and the only solution to get out of this mode is to go to the option 'Exit to main menu' or close the game. Since the globe icon on the top left corne is grayed out.

Did they never work or bugging out later on ?
Did you build any residential rentals in those worlds ?

If you had the issue from start, make sure to update your mods, especially T.O.O.L
