Ongoing Issue with couples losing attraction to each other. I hate this bug.

I am having an issue with married couples in general not being attracted to each other. I do use mods, but I wonder if this is a bug or something in the game? I found it is mostly attraction that is the problem. 

I will change the couples likes and still nothing changes. Can we have couples' relationships stay in the green instead going to red? I heard some gamers' couples are getting divorced for no reason because of this attraction bug.  I'm in need of help? I'm tired of rebuilding my couples' relationships especially in old saves.
