Outdoor enthusiast eating 10 fruits or vegetables is not getting completed

I'm on PC and currently do not have any mods or cc.  My sim has been able to complete the other aspiration goals but when she eats a fresh fruit or vegetable it's not registering. It did the first time I log in, but after it register she ate 1, it didn't any longer.
