Pack Select Stuck on Game Data Is Still Loading

I can’t reload the pack. It’s been stuck here for more than 6 hours, and no button has appeared. I also tried removing the mods afterwards and clearing the cache, but it still didn’t work. 

lilsimsie said to fix it delete the file called usersetting in documents and repair the game. she has a video on this. its at 22:02 of the video that came out 8 hours ago

That's how I found out too. I got stuck on the DOWNLOAD COMPLETE popup

I wanted to test something with the pack selection, but I'm not even able to unload any packs. I'm getting the "Game data is still loading" symptom even before ever interacting with new feature.

Removing the user settings and repairing the game didn't change anything about that.

I was trying out the new game feature to remove packs, I tested it, decided I didn't like it, and went to pack selection to turn them back on. It doesn't allow me to confirm once my packs are selected. I also reinstalled my game, nothing happens, the checkbox is disabled and won't let me go forward to confirm. I have waited an hour and it doesn't help, "game packs are loading".

Do you mean that you're getting the error message before you go into the Pack Select menu, or when going into the menu you get the error before deselecting packs? 

Could you provide any screenshots of this issue please so I can forward them on to the team?

EA_Cade I mean the second. OP can't reload the packs and I couldn't even unload them.

I tested this on an old PC which has since been wiped. I haven't checked my new PC yet, but I will have a look.

It looked basically the same as OP's screenshot, I just had deselected all packs.

The usual one step forward, two steps back.. Nice addition. /s
