Paint by Reference paintings turn blank after quitting and reloading the game.

Tried this out multiple times across saves and test playthroughs but each time the Paint by Reference paintings become blank and lose their value when I quit the game. Really annoying bug, please fix.

This reference painting was worth over $4000 when my sim made it.
