Paranormal pack item missing in catalog

I know there was an issue a while ago with several clutter items missing; I tried all the trouble shooting suggestions for that already. The Book of Silhouettes catalog item from the Paranormal stuff pack is missing, even if I search for it specifically. I'm not sure if other items are also missing, although I have noticed that quite a lot of items that are usually debug are now freely available in the catalog (I do not have the bb.showhiddenobjects etc. cheats active); the example I can remember off the top of my head is all the items made on the woodworking table. I've included screenshots. I do have mods/cc, but I don't know that anything would fully delete an item from the game.
