Past werewolf won't stop having werewolf traits or abilities

My sim, who was a werewolf in a previous game has since been changed into a human. She was having the werewolf moodlets and had options to do werewolf actions, but then she tried turning into a werewolf but she couldn't so she kept trying. She ended up dying from cardiac explosion. I then turned her into a vampire hoping it would remove the werewolf stuff but it hasn't. I don't want her to keep dying and have to keep reviving her. I don't understand what's going on. I've tried different cheats, I've tried restarted the game. I've tried turning her into a werewolf and then back again. It's just not working.
