[PH] Play with Emotion is broken on all pianos

Copy of my regular Save with Mods removed. 

Can't "Play with Emotion" on any piano. They all say "Repair or Replace."

It works fine on guitars.

And the keyboard from CL

I don't know if it was ever enabled on the Pipe Organ from V.

I'm not really sure when this happened. Only been testing with teens since the Update: 4/29/2025 PC: 1.114.46.1030 / Mac: 1.114.46.1230 Console: 2.12
