photographs on wall are turning black after one sim day

i don’t understand why this keeps happening. i take pictures and immediately put them on my wall from my inventory. 

after a sim day if i look at the pictures they will be completely black. i have not figured out a way to save them. they were pictures of my sim and the baby’s father doing a gender reveal photo shoot. 

please fix this bug. i take pictures often and it makes me sad that they just turn black with no way to save them on my wall.
