Photos dissappearing in-game

I've had this bug for a while now, but I wanted to report it.

Sometimes my in-game photos suddenly just turn black after re-opening the game, and this time, my framed puzzles along with them. Very annoying, since I've lost my sims' family photos. The graduation photos, and marriage certificates/diplomas are fine though.
