Please help me remove this from my screen😭

This (see photo) menu of how to manage game play details like moving the camera, changing the time etc appeared after the last update and it WILL NOT DISAPPEAR. I did a repair via the EA app and looked online for help but can’t find anything. Please please help - it’s really distracting me when I’m playing.
