For a while* whenever I try to put pointy ears on a sim and adjust the point in detail edit mode it'll revert right back to the basic round.
*Since whenever we got access to all the eye colors regardless of occult status if i remember right, I didn't know how to bug report at the time.
Could you please provide the following information
Hi ! I'm experiencing the same issue and I play on PC. I do use mods and CC, but I tested the game with all of them removed and the bug still occurs. It seems to mainly affect Young Adults and Adults, but I've also noticed a similar issue with children : no matter which ear shape you select, their ears never appear pointy
