After yesterday's update I'm having trouble saving my progress in the game. Restarting my computer and deleting cache files didn't help.

Me too. Tried repairing the game as well as a few other things and it only allows new saves but I was afraid to mess with it any further in case it was a bug and not just me. So here we go again with another wait and see if it gets fixed before I play anymore.
I am also recieving this error. I researched it and it was a bug with neighbourhood stories which was fixed a couple of years ago. I am thinking the updated neighbourhood stories might have brought the bug back.

When attempting to save, "Error Code: 0" no longer occurs related to Gigs or Neighborhood Stories.
