Problems with flats in San Myshuno

Hi, I’m a PS5 player and I have only one family that I enjoy using, the problem is that I have this family living in a flat in San Myshuno, but every time I try to play the game just gets stuck and nothing charges.

i have tried making my family move to other place in another world and it charges, but when I’m controlling them and I try to make them move to their place, it stops working again.

i have also tried to enter in the build mode without controlling the family and it works perfectly, but when I try to control the family, the blue screen appears as it were charging, but it never does.

What can I do to fix it? Can it be fixed?
