Prom Invitation social interactions are not appearing & not able to go to Prom

I've been having an issue with prom for Highschool Years. When I attempt for a teenage sim to invite another teenage sim to prom (or any other options in that social category such as "promise not to go to prom together," etc.), the option does not appear at all in the pie menu. Additionaly, clicking the sim that the plumbob is on does not give me the option to create a promposal sign. Prom as an event in the calendar also does not appear, and it gives no notification to travel to the event once it reaches 7pm on Saturday. Strangely enough, I still received an invite to go to the before-prom get together.

Please note that upon clicking "more choices," the option is also not there.

I am an Xbox player, so I do not have access to any mods or CC.

This is a relatively new save and has likely existed for about a month, probably a bit before the November 6th bug fix. I'm not sure when the problem began because I haven't had any teen in my household until recently.

Apparently, many of us have this problem. Prom is gone from the calendar, so it does make sense that no one can be invited to it. It is probably the latest patch that caused this.

PS: I have a save file made on November 30 that still has prom in the calendar, and that particular prom works fine even now when I load that file. So it is very likely that the calendar is causing the problem and that the patch from December 2 did this.
