Raise instead of promotion glitch

The bug where  your sim is stuck at lvl 8 in a career and can’t progress. Needs to be addressed this happened to me on my most recent play through where I was stuck at EA pro gamer in the tech guru career and couldn’t move on to levle 9 AMP King
