Random Objects catching on fire 🔥

Hello, I have played this sims 4 for a very long time but just only joined the forums However after adventure awaits has came out I have had random objects catching on fire so it stared with the toilet then the computer now the highchair. I just wondering if this is happening in anyone's game or not?

I do have mods only MC and UI they are both updated.

If anyone knows what it could be that would be great.
