Re: [XB/PS] Console crashing after update 2.13

My PS5 has been experiencing frequent crashes while playing Sims 4. It’s rare to experience multiple crashes per day. It’s even more rare for my game to crash while saving. Now it’s happening on a daily basis. We started noticing this issue since the recent update. The game is up to date and we are good about doing maintenance cleaning (keeping clear of dust in/out of the console. My teenagers are not experiencing the same or new issues while playing other games. This leaves me to think the issue is a result from the recent update. Is anyone else having a similar issue?

Yes and it's basically unplayable again at this point. Happened to me 3 times in 30 minutes.

Mine crashes while traveling, and saving. I’ve done everything I can to prevent it and no matter what it happens in every save file

YES me i save every few minutes when I'm building and it crashes. i keep reporting it to Sony. even when i travel it crashes, too. Did you know though, when you travel it auto saves the game. I'm not sure if you can on Xbox but i thank for that. i then save it just in case. I'm not sure if you have the home decorator pack, but i get a blue swatch when i enter build mode for their likes and dislikes for their house.

Currently experiencing this every single time I try to save my game on PS5. This has been a thing since the recent update
