So three times this has happened. I'd go to a "plea" job in the reaper Career but the Sims soul I'm supposed to be taking, is upright and walking and cannot click on the "zombie" at all to take their soul. I do have a picture.
This has happened to me twice as well. Both times I took a witness statement first and reset the "dead" sim multiple times. I tried closing and reopening the game and ran into the same issue.

Previously I had a glitch that didn't give me the option to return to the office after reaping the soul. Now I can't even reap the soul at all.
Really too bad this whole career path is bugged and un-playble! :(
I have also just had this issue. I saved and exited the game in order to try and reset. I reset the "dead?" person and could not revive them after choosing to from the plea of their husband. It's been how long since this pack came out? is there no mod to fix this since ea hasn't yet?
Having this issue suddenly. When I first played the career, I didn't have this issue. Sims were dead like they were supposed to be ... But suddenly, in this save file, they're all broken?
My sim went to a job where he was supposed to investigate cause of death for 4 sims and they were all just standing there.... I could investigate, but not reap them... And then I couldn't even go back to the office.
It's a real bummer that the pack only works randomly.
