I completed the first objective of the first week, but when i went to do the "A Call Away" task, it's gone. I did end up getting the letter in the mail but when my sim went to read it, the interaction disappeared and nothing happened. I am on PC.

The update fixed mine at first and I was able to play for (2) days without issues, but last night I traveled to another location and back and now the UI is completely blank again. I play completely vanilla, no mods or cc. I tried restarting, new family, new save and repairing the game, nothing.

My mailperson has not been able to deliver the Ambrosia Society Newsletter for a while. Now playing today my sim's bills were delivered and can't "Get Mail" even though the bills were just delivered, and can't pay the bills through the mailbox. My sim does the same thing as the mailperson just waving like they can't get to the mailbox. I would really like to play Reapers Rewards, but it seems impossible at this point since I can't get past "Wait for Ambrosia Society Newsletter." (Week two challenges won't show up at all for me)
I wanted to start the second week of the rewards and the tasks weren't there. I called Grim as someone suggested in this post and "worked" to trigger them, but I have no clue what I'm supposed to do because the tasks are still missing.

Same for me, I removed all mods, repaired game, still doesn't work. I guess I'll try uninstalling, although I dread the long horrible wait to reinstall every single pack 😭
Finally got mine fixed. Did a complete uninstall, removed mods, saves and tray folders. Started a fresh save with a new sim and it's working now. After I worked on the challenge for a bit I went back and added my saves and tray. Haven't tried adding mods back yet, I'm afraid it will break it again.
Same issue. I played completed the first reward then moved onto the A Call Away tasks - saved my game and came back to the UI gone.
PC, no mods, updated & repaired my game. I've tried new saves, the UI still does not show (only the little reaper icon).
Having the same issue. Week 1 was buggy, but I was able to complete it. I shouldn't have to uninstall the game to fix something that EA should fix/shouldn't have been this buggy in the first place.
Same issue for me on week two again. I was able to finish week 1 after the last fix, and I got through almost to the end of week 2 tasks and they disappeared again. It's just showing the Grim in the corner. Nothing I try in-game seems to trigger anything. I can't find the old post with the fix from week 1 (I was going to try that again).
