Residential rental not showing up

I don’t really know how to start this off but I’m currently playing on one of my households with the girl having a job by the story line and boy was going to own a residential rental. I went ahead and bought a residential rental, built the house, and basically everything you needed to do. I got the tenants (I had two rental units on the lot) to move in but once I came back to my own lot only one of the units was showing up but I was still able to go to the unit that wasn’t showing up and check up on it. I thought that maybe evicting the tenants would fix the issue but it made it worse, both residential units disappeared from my UI but for some reason were still under my ownership. I’ve tried selling and re-purchasing the lot and nothing worked, I even went as fair as to exit the game into main menu and also completely exiting out of the game, nothing helped and I don’t know what to do. Please help!! I have no mods or CC (I don’t use them) so it wouldn’t be an issue with that. (My sims last names are Rossi for reference)
