Romance bar

The romance bar between my two married sims goes to completing nothing very frequently. Their relationship is fine, they are very satisfied and attracted to each other. It just randomly goes down to nothing. They also get fears of being cheated on/being alone even though they’re romantic frequently and are good at maintaining their relationship.
