Romance Glitch

My sim and her partner dated in high school, once they aged up into young adults they have been unable to fulfill romantic interactions (ie. woohoo, flirting, kissing, affection actions). They will start the interaction then freeze and the whole household will reset. I took out all of my cc, reset to factory settings then put my save files back and the issue is still occurring. My sims sibling to did not date her partner in high school does not have these issues.
