Romance Relationship Bar drops to zero

Ever since I installed love stuck my romantic relationships drop down to zero after a few hours in the game.

I had the bar at 100% sent my sim to sleep and when I invited their romantic partner over it was at zero. This keeps happening with the romantic relationship bar.
