Romance Satisfaction automatically very low

I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like this, but all of my couples are automatically very unsatisfied whenever I load those specific households after not playing with them for some time. Are all of the romantic relationships supposed to decay that quickly when you don't play with them?? It's a bit tiring having to build up the satisfaction every time I load these households 😅
