still an issue. relationship bar decays in seconds so fast, literally i can track with my eyes. a temporary solution: first I removed all of my sims' fears with fear be gone potions. afterwards i unclicked the option to show wants and fears in the game options. for now the bar does not deplete. i hope it stays like this.
