[S] Throwing Ball fights extremely slow

Hello, no mods used, I noticed that snow, water, mud, acid mud ball fights are EXTREMELY slow. Sims take ages to get through their reactions that happen after every throw even if it's not a direct hit to the point it feels rare to even see any throwing action actually happening? There is a mod on mod the sims that seems to somewhat fix it, which made the fights so much more engaging to watch happen.

There seems to be lockouts also applied to sims which are made to be 6 mins long... thats a long time for something that's meant to be spontenous and quick!
