[S] [V] yuHat_EP05StrawRibbon hides the left vampire cheek detail

The screenshots I attached should be fairly self-explanatory. It happens on any sim I create with any item in the category, even the ones not exclusive to vampires. seems like the ExcludePartsFlag has an incorrect number in there somewhere.

    Could you please provide the following information

    -  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    -  What platform are you playing ?
