Scary Décor moodlet glitch

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing ?
• Could you post a pic of the moodlet you get ?

are you still having issues with this for a game with no mods/cc ?

I am having this issue, PS4 and no mods.

I had the hallowed ground lot trait, which I removed and its still there.
