Sim is elder in CAS but young adult in live mode

So these are two bugs i  guess, first: i saw that my sims outfit didn’t change when she went into the tub and when i clicked “change outfit” i  saw that she had her every day outfit for most other outfits, so i  went into cas to change it but in cas her outfits were still the same (not her every day outfit for every other outfit). Second: i went back to live mode and suddenly my elder sim was a young adult. I went back into cas but in cas it still says she is an elder. I have tried quite literally EVERYTHING you can think of to try and fix it but nothing worked.
