Sim not responding immediately task/action

Bonjour, j'ai exactement le même problème, ici j'ai un nourrisson et pareil quand je veux lui changer sa couche, donner le biberon, mes sims ne le font pas immédiatement, j'ai une file d'attente d'action et ils restent planter devant le nourrisson. C'est embêtant de pas profiter de son jeu à fond.

I try to get my sim who is a fairy, I try to get them to do certain things like go to bed, have a bath etc and she just stands there and do nothing. Not sure if it is a bug but I have noticed this has been happening for a while. I have save and exit the main menu then I come back and she is fixed temporarily. It happens again after 10-30 mins. It is getting annoying because I need her needs to be fixed but she refuses to do so. She also tries to go to the bath automatically but it does not work. She is able to go into the fairy house but that is about it. 

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
-  Does this happen both on human or fairy form ?

No mods or CC and it happens to both. Not only that it has been happening to several sims, sometimes when I invite them over or do an event. 

This has been happening since the last BG update for EBN for me. They just stand there. And it doesn't matter if you speed it up, you just waste more time. 

Ps4: ROM GP, Spooky SP, Paranormal SP, Waterslide SP 

The game is unplayable with this glitch

I tell them to knit or cook or literally anything and it's never completed the tasks are just queued for age's. I will not be playing until EA has fixed this problem 

I started a new vanilla save (no mods or CC) after the EBN patch and I am also experiencing this lag between asking a sim to do something and then them actually doing it.  One of the sims is a spellcaster but the other two aren't an occult.  I do own all the packs and play on PC.

This is what's happening in my game too. I reported it here as its own thread, but for some reason my report was merged into the general lag thread.

only thing that works for me is pausing time until the game catches up

I think I have a very productive addition info to this - I've always had a lot of mods and no issues with the game other than the expected minor delay on loading sometimes... no issues with FOR RENT... HOWEVER... the pack I was missing out of all of them and I've purchased and installed 2 days ago was WEREWOLVES - since there my sims FREEZE, action QUEUE piles up and nothing happens and many interactions just won't go through... there are no conflicts in the mods I'm using nor am I using heavy stuff or interaction related (mostly cc adds and objects). I noticed WEREWOLVES is quite detailed as a pack in terms of interactions and game "paths", also with more objects and detailed objectives -  I believe there could be an underlining conflict of WEREWOLVES with some new pack (for example For Rent... since it was the one everyone was complaining about... ) but I had For Rent and it was fine... only now that I've gotten all gameplay packs with WEREWOLVES being the last one the game is crashing on me and Sims are just bugging non-stop. Help Please :) Thank you!!
