Sims 4 Business tab

Hey all, 

For months and even after the latest update I am having a massive issue with the Business & Hobbies DLC pack. The business tab does not show that I own any businesses, however I can still see that I own one under career and on the PC. 
The only options on the business tab is register small business, but this does not do anything when clicked or purchase retail. When clicking this, it loads the option to purchase but then still doesn't recognise that I own anything, 

I have removed all CC and mods to see if there were interfering but so far this hasn't resolved. I've also tried uninstalling the DLC via Steam and also verifying the integrity of the files - Steam states no issues. My saves don't appear to be corrupted either.

To confirm I own the following DLC: 
Paranormal stuff pack
Get to work
Businesses & Hobbies expansion pack
Set up shop digital content
