Sims 4 Gallery not loading results?

For a example if I want to search for a lot Ill usually type in the lot name and choose the "most popular" option same if I am looking for premade sims (in my experience this yields the best builds/ sims) 

When I try to look anything up right now I get like 30-40 items that load but they all have basically no likes or anything and when I press most popular/newest/popular now nothing happens. It doesn't change what items loaded or anything, I also cannot see my own lots anymore. 

so far I have cleared the cache files

removed my mods (I have no game play mods to to begin w/ just hair styles and clothes and some furniture but not much of that)

when into the setting and made sure its not hiding anything that's been reported. and I also have  double check my search and It should be fine. 

repaired the game through the EA app 

and uninstalled and reinstalled my game. 

Is this just a me issue?  It was working fine just two days ago when I was playing and I had not played since until today when I tried to play and this happened.
