Sims 4 Love Struck Expansion Pack

Ever since the update on 7/22/24, the game freezes every time my sims want to move in together. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all my games.  I have also repaired all the games and the problem still persists.  I have 2 tickets in with EA and of course not even a courtesy reply.  I was foolish enough to buy the new expansion pack and had some weird graphic issues until I repaired the games (yet again).  At this point, I want a refund from EA, but since they don't give a fig about customer service, highly doubtful that will happen.  How dare they launch a game filled with bugs.  They should at least give out some free context in the game to compensate.
