i do have cc involved but im not sure what it is since most if not all are already up to date but i also removed the 3 columns mod to properly enter cas to see the more details menu bugged, can someone help me sort this out? I can play the game normally and enter cas normally but this ones the one actually bugging me
I had this same issue and narrowed it down to 2 of my mods: "Gauntlet101010_4_Robot_Trait_Edited" and "sims4me_norandomhatsaccessoriesandmakeup". If you don't have either of these, or if you remove them and still experience this problem, then you probably have another similarly conflicting mod and need to test your CC manually. I did this by moving my mods elsewhere on my PC, making a new save file (so my CC wouldn't disappear from sims in my other saves), and moving my CC back into the mods folder in small chunks, checking CAS with the fresh save in-between to see what made the problem reoccur. Hopefully this helps!
The same thing happened to me. It was my fault for forgetting to update a mod called "No Make-Up & No Accessories on Randomized Sims." Many mods that alter CAS in some way will probably cause this issue, if not updated after the 7/23/24 patch.
