Sims 4 patch update glitch

There has been a glitch ever since the May 27, 2025 update.every time I change my sims clothes then travel she changes back into the outfit she previously had on, when she has on a outfit and I save the game she would always change back into that outfit when she travels, I updated all my mods, I took them out my game to see if they were causing the glitch but it was still happening with no mods, I tried to repair it but that didn’t work, I also deleted the localthumbcache but that also didn’t work does anybody else have this problem.
