Sims 4

Ok so I have been having an issue with a few things the game keeps freezing every 10 mins which makes it difficult to play, I set the front door of my house but it keeps changing it to my small business, and alot of the times my sims will neglect their babies and i keep turning off the show controls legend but it keeps popping back up please help
