Sims always want to throw up, even though their needs are fine!

Lately, some of my Sims have been experiencing some discomfort they don't have. Let me explain: during a conversation, they show me the throw up animation, but they don't have any uncomfortable buffs that can show me what's causing the discomfort.
I tried clicking on any toilet to make them feel better, but the "throw up" interaction didn't appear. Neither on the toilets at home nor on the public ones. Logically, because they have no discomfort and their needs are maxed. They don't even do it autonomously, they just stand there and show me the "throw up" animation over and over again.
Is this only my problem or does it happen to others too? 😫

I play on PC/Ea App, my game is updated to the latest patch and I don't use mods/cc.

    Could you please provide the following information

    -  During which scenario is this happening ? Does it happen if you don't have a scenario active ?
    -  What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
    - Have the Sims you have issues with been Vamps at any time ?

    My sims live in Ravenwood, but there's no malus lot trait that influence their needs. It happens even if I travel to another lot with that sim. No vamp transformation, because they don't know any vampire sim and I can't see the purple fog around my sim. Spoiled food neither. They should have an unconfortable buff, but they always eat excellent food (my sim is level 10 cooking) and they're fine. 
    Second of all, my sims are not pregnant. When I see the throw up animation, there's no pregnancy test interaction on toilets. And it's strange.
    It just happen to my Ravenwood sims, I didn't see any NPC doing it yet. I play on PC/Ea App.
