Sims eye shape changed/Eyes don't close

I thought I was the only one who noticed this! I can't explain what's different with the sims' look, but my sims don't look how they looked before this update! Something feels off with their eyes! Especially male sims!

Truth! I just finally updated the other day for all of the Lovestruck patches (I don't own the pack) and I noticed when taking my Sims into CAS that their facial features are changing. It's most noticeable with the eyes but some of my Sims look "off" in their cheeks and jaws as well. 

What is happening?? 

Also, I play over 200 Sims, so this is hugely destructive for me. I haven't even tried to actually play in live mode yet because I can't get past my Sims' faces getting altered. 

I can't play the game until this bug is fixes, so thanks for turning this to under investigation. On the answer headquarters there is also the lighter eyelashes that come with preset eyes bug which is also problematic and has been reported by many users. It has not been flagged as open yet.

So, I guess this topic is where we can discuss all of the eyelid issues that are currently going on with TS4 since the main one from the other forum is now locked after the transfer?

The eye bug issues include:

1. Eye shape bug
2. Lighter eyelashes with preset eyes bug
3. Eyes not closing all the way (All animations) bug
4. Eyelids going into eyes bug (clipping issue)

I would continue to keep them separate but there's no need to make a new thread for archived threads unless you have new info to add.

crinrict  Okay, cool. I will just stick to the eye shape bug then for this thread. However, I do have an honest question. Me and many others from the now archived eye bug issue thread have had much concerns on whether or not any of these eye bug issues are still being looked at. I don't know how much incite you get from the developers, but it would be nice if we could get a little communication on the progress of these eye bug issues. As mentioned in the now archived eye bug issue thread, a lot of us can't play the game and continue on with our Sim stories until these eye bugs are fixed because we take a lot of screenshots for out stories, and these eye bug issues ruin that. If we could get a little communication and feedback on what's going on with these eye bug issues, it would be much appreciated, and it would help relieve the frustration of this whole situation.

I don't have any information on progress and typically EA doesn't communicate on bugs (probably for legal reasons).

There's so many threads where users are in the same situation cause a bug prevents them to play the way to do and I don't know how EA prioritizes. Some bugs are easier to fix then others so there's a lot to consider.
