Sims kids change appearance

Hi, I'm not an English speaker, so I apologize for any misunderstandings.
I've encountered a bug where Sims (specifically children) change their appearance, turning them blue, changing their hair, and even their clothes.
Even when I enter the household with cheats, I see the Sims as they should be/as I left them, and when I return to the live game mode, they're changed.
I don't know what this bug is due to, but I'm honestly tired and fed up with this happening. It doesn't happen all the time; it happens to one child, and not to the next, but the next one happens to.

Just to clarify, I have to say that I use custom content. But this didn't happen to me before, and I know it's not the fault of any of the mods I use.

I hope they fix this bug and don't break any other aspects of the game.

    Please test your issue on a vanilla game

    To verify on a vanilla game, move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the following files from your user folder.

    -  localthumbcache
    -  Any lastException Files
    -  Any LastCrash files.

    Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.

    All bug reports need to be tested on vanilla. Mods typically get outdated with patches so even if they worked before, they can start not working.
